摘要
沈从文与大江健三郎都是各自民族文学中风格独具之人,都持边缘的文学立场,这一立场的选择都具有方法论的含义:以故乡的山村世界为基点向城市文明辐射,游离甚至背离各自民族的主流文学传统,对人性或灵魂进行探寻,建构理想世界。“边缘”是他们坚守知识者独立的人格与自我,以及文学的自由与人性关怀的支点和舞台。表现了20世纪东方文学的一个共同特点:国家现代化进程中居于“边缘”立场的文学建构、文化反思与社会批判。
Shen.Congwen (沈从文) and Ogokensaburo (大江健三郎) are writers with unique literary styles in the national literature of their countries. Both of the writers hold literature standpoint of periphery. It indicates their choice in methodology: that is, to radiate urban culture upon foothold of countryside world, their hometown, dissociating and even deviating the mainstream cultural tradition of their own nation, and to seek for life and seal so as to construct an ideal world. "Periphery" standpoint is their foundation and stage to hold the ground for intellectuals' independent selfhood and ego as well as literature freedom and humanity. One of striking common features of eastern literature in 20th century which is represented by Periphery is literature construction, cultural reflection and social criticism lying in the periphery position, in the process of national modernization.
