中小企业是我国经济保持可持续性增长的关键性力量,但由于多种因素的影响,其融资非常困难,严重阻碍了企业的健康发展。本文在分析其各渠道融资难的具体情况后,有针对性地提出了通过建立区域性产权多元化金融机构、拓宽中小企业融资渠道和促进其发展的有效方法。

At present the small and medium- sized enterprises in china are the leading forces for sustainable growth of our countrys economy, but the finacing problems, which confine the development of our countryssmall and medium- sized enterprises, have become increasingly difficult. The paper emphasizes on the analysis of various finacing probiems,and discusses the construction of investing and finaeing system for the small and mediumsized enterprises.
