刑事被害人作为遭受犯罪行为直接侵害者,其合法权利必须加以保护。在对刑事被害人进行保护时,我们必须事先确立保护的价值目标,建构保护的基本原则。刑事被害人的权利保护应遵循全面原则、平衡原则、适度原则、合法原则和效率原则。
