We can find the miscarriage of Justice often arise from investigation error from the analysis of the causes. Therefore, when reflecting the case of She Xianglin, we must give our attention to the origin of the case--investigation errors. This article analyses the investigation errors of She Xianglin case from epistemology and law. and tables some proposals on the prevention and correction of investigation error. Through the analysis, we can draw an important conclusion： science and law are the soul of the criminal investigation.
