关于公安队伍正规化建设的若干问题思考

目前公安机关正在大力开展公安队伍正规化建设,但实践中存在不少误区,其根源在于正规化建设的一些基本问题未能得到科学厘清。当前公安机关要有效地加强正规化建设,必须准确界定正规化建设的基本内涵,明确现阶段正规化建设的主要问题,并在此基础上寻求其基本的应对策略。

Nowadays, the public security department develops the normalization construction of the troop of the public seeurlie. There are some wrong ideas in the practice, which origin from some unsolved basic problems in the construction. The troop of the public security enhances the normalization construction effectivelym, so they should definite the connotation exactly, recognize the main problems on the stage and look for some ways to solve the problems.
