This paper has made a detailed study on the composition of the poets of the adherents of the Yuan Dynasty and their literary achievements. It has concluded that a strong idealist philosophy background is not only an important feature of the poets, which had great impact on their writing, but also the reflection of the relationship between idealist philosophy and literature in the Yuan Dynasty. The study has pinpointed the value and significance of the writings of the poets.
