摘要
自我国加入WTO以后,教育界尤其是职业教育中的高职高专教育随之产生了巨大变革。如何培养适应全球经济一体化的技术应用型人才成为焦点所在。这些人才在知识、能力、素质的构成方面有其自身特色。结合现代意识理念与现代化教学手段的介入,本文对三者的结构进行了浅要分析,并在此基础上就其培养方案提出了一些建议。
Following the entry into WTO, great changes have taken place in vocational education. Facing globalization, how to cultivate students＇ teehnieal skills has become a focus. This paper has analyzed the new requirements for knowledge, competence, and qualities of students and proposed some suggestions concerning the educational program.
