It has an important effect on medicament, industry and agriculture, thus impacts the products of industry and agriculture and national economy. AS a new technology, transgenic technology can bring about the dispute about safety. Therefore, we need to reasoningly look on its development, restrict and guide it by social control and make it grow harmoniously with person, society and nature.
