On The Bottle-Neck Phenomenon of Property Right System in Chinese Family Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

我国家族企业是在特定的历史条件下产生和发展起来的,其产权具有模糊性、单一性、封闭性等特征。在企业发展的初期阶段,家族企业的产权特征有利于创业及企业的发展,但随着企业规模的扩张,家族企业产权方面的局限性越来越成为制约其快速成长的瓶颈。本文分析了家族企业产权的成因及特征,阐明了产权变革的必要性及其对策,这有助于我们更深刻地了解家族企业产权制度变迁。

Chinese family enterprises came into being and developed in given history conditions, their property right has blurred, single and closed features. In its first development stage, such features can be contributed to its development, but with the extension of enterprises＇ scale, the limitation of property right of family enterprises become the neck-bottle against its rapid development. In the article, the author analyses the cause of formation and features of family enterprises＇ property right, illustrates the necessity of property right reform and the countermeasures, which will help us to understand the evolution of the property right reform of the family enterprise profoundly.
