高阶Kubo公式在巨磁阻中的应用(英文)

摘要 利用子动力学理论将计算电导率的Kubo公式被推广成为一个包含高阶项的公式,并利用此公式,计算巨磁阻,显示了高阶影响的重要性. The Kubo formula for the conductivity of a mesoscopic system has been extended to a generalized form that includes higher-order corrections using a new formalism based on a subdynamics approach which may be a suitable formula to calculate the current-voltage relations of mesoscopic systems. For demonstrating application of the formula, using this formula, GMR has been calculated, which shows that the higher order correction is important.
