摘要 用分光光度法研究了苏氨酸与四氯苯醌的荷移反应.指出实验,在硼砂缓冲溶液中,苏氨酸与四氯苯醌于50℃水浴加热45 m in,可生成1∶1型的稳定络合物,其mλax=352nm,表观摩尔吸光系数=ε1.08×104L.m o-l 1.cm-1,在0.6μg/mL^4.4μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律.用此方法测定药品制剂的含量与文献方法一致,回收率在99.0%~100.3%范围内,相对标准偏差在3.4%以内. The charge transfer reaction of threonine with tetrachlorobenzoquinone in borax buffer has been investigated. The composition of the complex of threonine with tetrachloror benzoquinone is 1 :1. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.08× 10^4 L· mol^-1·cm^-1 at 352nm. The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 0. 6 μg/mL ~4. 4μg/mL. This proposed method has been applied to determination of threonine with satisfactory results. The recovery is 99.0%~100.3%. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.4%.
