酚硫酸法测定灵芝多糖的研究

目的:从灵芝中提取多糖,并测定其含量.方法:灵芝多糖的提取一般方法为醇析沉淀法,本实验为找出该方法的最佳工艺条件,结果表明:灵芝多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度85%,乙醇:料液为2∶1,pH为6.5.结果:用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量,测得灵芝多糖含量6.55%,平均回收率99.05%,RSD=1.02%(n=3).结论:该法操作简便,重现性好,实验结果令人满意.

Conclusion：This law is easy and simple to handle, the reappearing is good, the experimental result is satisfactory.
