摘要
揭示辉光放电的电特性是进行等离子体电流体动力激励器优化设计的前提,基于PSpice软件对激励器进行了建模与仿真。采用PSpice中的数学宏模型建立了等离子体放电的模型,解决了等离子体电流体动力激励器仿真的关键问题。在此基础上,仿真了对称布局等离子体激励器的宏观电特性,仿真结果符合辉光放电的电压-电流幂律。为进一步仿真和优化激励器的参数打下了基础。
Understanding the electrical characteristics of glow discharge is the precondition of plasma Electrohydrodynamic actuator optimization. The actuator is modeled and simulated using PSpice software. The plasma discharge model is established using math-macro-elements in PSpice, thus solves the key problem of plasma Electrohydrodynamic actuator simulation. On the basis of the model, the electrical characteristics of the symmetric panel plasma actuator are simulated. Simulation results agree well with the power law of glow discharge. The work done in this paper is the foundation of further simulation and the actuator parameter optimization.
