井架起升过程的有限元仿真分析

The analysis of FEM simulation of raising of derrick

利用ANSYS软件对井架的起升过程进行仿真分析,得到了不同起升角度时的快绳拉力,分析了井架起升过程各杆件的受力分布。所得到的计算结果可以评价井架起升方案的合理性,为满足井架起升工况的可靠性设计提供理论依据。

The derrick in its raising procedure has been analyzed with the software ANSYS. The force which is required to raise the derrick has been obtained. Based on the results, the rationality of raising method is able to be evaluated and theoretical basis is provided for reliability design of derrick raising method.
