摘要
文章以机械采油虚拟试验系统为计算平台,通过对不同型号抽油机分别采用圆柱齿轮、偏心齿轮和非圆齿轮传动进行交叉仿真计算,并对各种情况下的悬点速度、加速度、减速箱曲柄扭矩和电动机峰值功率进行了统计分析。可以看出,非圆齿轮传动应用于游梁平衡抽油机减速箱,能够获得较好的传动性能和节能效果,值得借鉴应用。
Based on the virtual experiment system of mechanical oil production, digital simulation on pumping unit with cylindrical gear transmission, eccentric gear transmission and noncircular gear transmission is performed, and performance parameters such as velocity of point of suspension, acceleration of point of suspension, crank torque and motor power are determined and compared. The digital result shows that the noncircular gear transmission pumping unit can obtain the preferable transmission performance with using less energy. Therefore, it is suggested that the noncircular gear transmission could be employed in pumping unit.
