高电压带电清扫机器人绝缘油缸设计及分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据复合材料的各向异性特点和油缸设计需要,提出了按照蔡-吴张量多项式准则对绝缘油缸进行设计的方法,并采用绝缘复合材料玻璃纤维设计了一种新型绝缘油缸,用于高电压带电清扫机器人.经实验验证,绝缘油缸能很好地满足机器人的使用要求. A method to design hydraulic cylinders based on the Tsai-Wu tensor polynomial failure criterion was brought forward. And a new type of insulated hydraulic cylinder made of insulated composites was designed. The cylinders are applied to a high voltage hot-line sweeping robot. The experiments testifg that the insulated hydraulic cylinder can meet the requirements of hot line sweeping robot very well.
