摘要
在介绍SMV型静态混合元件的基础上,详细分析了管内带有混合元件时流体的流动特性以及流体与壁面的传热过程,提出了当介质的Pr较大时,在传热入口Lr段上应用圆管内入口段对流换热理论,建立模型并求解得到SMV型静态混合器的传热特性方程。将其结果与已有的实验和理论结论进行了比较,证明了其在一定范围内的正确性。
Based on the brief introduction of SMV static mixer and the detailed description of fluid flow character through it, the formation of boundary layer of both flow and heat transfer has been fully understood. The length of refreshment of liquid at the wall Lr is presented , which is also the length of the thermal entrance. The heat transfer in the thermal entrance region of a straight circular pipe is applied as a theoretical approximation for the heat transfer in the static mixer. So a model is developed and resolved. Theoretical and experimental comparisons with the existing conclusion are also conducted.
