摘要
基于氢氧焰的燃烧特性,设计了一种用于氢氧焊割设备的新型氢氧焰回火防止器。介绍了其工作原理和主要部件的设计,并通过对其隔套-筒体结构的温度场有限元分析,得到了氢氧焰回火防止器隔套-筒体材料的最佳选择方案。回火防止器结构紧凑,使用方便。
Based on the combustion characteristics of oxyhydrogen flame, a new flash-back arrestor faced on oxyhydrogen flame applied for oxyhydrogen welding and cutting equipment is designed. Besides, working principle of the designed equipment and designing thought of the main component are introduced. And finally, the optimal materials scheme of sleeve divider and cylinder for the flash-back arrest or faced on oxyhydrogen flame is selected according to the finite eleT ment analysis of temperature field of the sleeve divider and cylinder frame. The system has the features of compact structure and convenient usage.
