肺炎支原体感染的流行病学研究

Epidemiology study of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的：研究小儿肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae，MP）感染的流行特点，与年龄、季节、性别的关系以及MP感染后的首发症状。方法：对1999-2004年门诊和住院14岁以下部分患儿的血清，用被动凝聚法检测MP特异IgM抗体。结果：MP-Ab阳性率有一定规律；一年四季间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；男女性别间差异有显著性（P〈0．005）；多见于学龄前儿童（32．24％）和学龄期儿童（40．63％）；近年来，MP感染引起的肺外症状有明显增加趋势。结论：MP感染的流行与年龄、季节、性别有密切的关系，MP感染引起的肺外损伤有增加趋势。

Objective ：To study the prevailing characteristics of the infantile Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, its relations with the age, season,sex and the initial symptoms after MP infection. Methods：The MP-Ab in the serum of some children under the age of 14 who were treated in our hospital from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2004 was measure by the method of passive particle agglutination. Results：The positive rate of MP-Ab had certain laws： there was significant difference between the four seasons（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the difference was significant between the male and the female（ P 〈 0. 005 ） ; It was commonly seen in the preschool children （ 32.24% ） and the school children（40.63% ）. The symptoms outside the lung caused by MP infection tended to increase. Conclusions：The MP infection is dosdy related with the age,season and sex.The lesion outside the lung caused by MP infection has the tendency to increase in recent years.
