蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of sphenoid ridge meningioma:A report of 17 cases

目的:分析蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的手术治疗要点。方法:对17例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤(其中内侧型10例,外侧型7例)的手术资料作回顾性分析。结果:肿瘤全切除13例,次全切除3例,部分切除1例。2例术后视力障碍较术前加重,1例术后出现对侧肢体瘫痪。结论:在不损伤重要神经血管的前提下最大限度地切除肿瘤,残余瘤体可以术后放疗。

Objective：To analyze the key points in surgical management of sphenoid ridge meningioma. Methods：The clinical dada of 17 patients with sphenoid ridge meningioma were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Tumors were resected totally in 13 cases,subtotally in 3 cases and partially in 1 case. The visual disturbance occurred in 2 patients and hemiplegia in 1. Conclusions： The sphenoid ridge meningiomas should be resected as completely as possible on the premises of preserving the nerve and artery. The postoperative residual turnout should receive radiotherapy.
