摘要
采用流动分析法测定了10种烟草中的不溶性氟和可溶性氮。结果表明:①不溶性氟和可溶性氮的RSD分别为0.15%和0,22%,回收率各为100.4%~106.3%和90.6%~100.3%,检测限0.00006mg/mL;②性氮与可溶性氮含量之和与总氟没有显著性差异。流动分析法适合于烟草不溶性氮和可溶性氮含量的快速分析。
Nonsoluble nitrogen (NSN) and soluble nitrogen (SN) in ten tobacco samples were determined with a flow analyzer. The results showed that: 1) the RSDs of NSN and SN were 0.15% and 0.22%, the recoveries were 100.4%-106.3% and 90.6% - 100.3%, respectively; the limit of detection was 0.00006mg/mL; and 2) there was no significant difference between total nitrogen and the sum of NSN and SN. The method was suitable for rapid determination of NSN and SN in tobacco.
