摘要
从注塑成型工艺、制品的外形尺寸、壁厚、模具的冷却、排气、合模力、材料的流动性、水份含量、挥发物等方面分析家用电冰箱中的塑料制品在成型过程中产生缺陷的原因。通过调整成型时的注射压力和注射速度、在制品中设置加强筋、调整模具中注口、浇口和流道的位置、充分干燥原材料等方法来消除塑料制品中产生的一系列缺陷,最终为消费者提供性能和外观俱佳的塑料制品。
The causes of the defects in the process of plastic parts of domestic refrigerator are analyzed on the aspects of injection molding technology, the profile of the product, thickness, cooling, venting and clamp force of the mold, fluidity of the material, humidity, and volatile matter. The defects of plastic products are eliminated by adjusting injection pressure and in- jection velocity, adding ribs in product, adjusting the position of sprue, gate and runner and drying material sufficiently. It provides plastic parts with good appearance and performance to customers.
