摘要 以咔唑-9-乙基氯甲酸酯(CEOC)作柱前荧光衍生试剂,在毛细管区带电泳和胶束电动色谱条件下,以不同配比的β-环糊精(-βCD)和脱氧胆酸钠(SDC)作手性选择剂,在两种不同分离模式下,对氨基酸衍生物进行了手性分离,同时对分离过程中的相关参数进行了优化,分别实现了8种和10种氨基酸的快速手性分离。 Simple and rapid methods for the chiral separation of amino acid enantiomers using 9-(2- carbazole) ethyl chloroformate ( EEOC ) as derivation reagent by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC) with diode array detector at 235 nm have been developed. Based on cooperative effect of binary chiral selectors,β-eyclodextrin(β-CD) and sodium deoxycholate(SDC) were investigated as chiral selectors, and the optimum molar ratio of β-CD to SDC for the chiral separation of each of amino acid enantiomers was obtained. Under CZE and MEKC separation modes, eight and ten pairs of amino acid enantiomers were separated with a good baseline resolution respectively. At the same time, the effect of some important parameters on the chiral separation was also investigated.
