摘要
以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成了2,2-二羟甲基丙二酸二乙酯。利用化学电离质谱技术,对2,2-二羟甲基丙二酸二乙酯的结构进行了分析,探讨了在确保有较强分子离子峰的情况下获得更多碎片离子的C I谱分析条件,并对离子产生的途径进行了解析。结果表明,在选择的化学电离条件下,获得了具有2,2-二羟甲基丙二酸二乙酯准分子离子和该离子进一步碎裂的质谱图,准分子离子进一步碎裂产生的碎片离子服从有机质谱离子碎裂的规律,应用质谱裂解机理可以解析这些离子的裂解途径。利用本文选择的化学电离条件,既可得到样品的相对分子质量信息,也可以获得样品的结构信息,而且质谱图有较好的重复性。
Diethyl bis ( hydroxymethyl ) malonate (DBM) was synthesized and analyzed by chemical ionization mass spectrum (CI MS ). The CI MS conditions for obtaining more fragmentation ions in the presence of strong molecular ion peak were studied, and the ion formation pathway was also analyzed. The results showed that under the selected CI conditions, the MS spectra of DBM quasimolecular ion and its fragmentation ions produced in the course of further fragmentation were obtained. These fragmentation ions followed the organic MS ion fragmentation rule. Using the MS fragmentation mechanisms, the fragmentation pathway of these ions could be analyzed. Based on the selected CI conditions, both the samole molecular mass and structure informations could be obtained with good repeatability.
