摘要
以庚烷磺酸钠为离子对试剂,建立了同时测定头发中尼古丁和可天宁含量的反相离子对高效液相色普方法。使用反相Zorbax SB—C18柱为分离柱,流动相为乙腈-含2mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠的8mmol/L pH值为3.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(体积比15:85),紫外检测波长为260nm,以2-苯基咪唑为内标物。尼古丁和可天宁的线性范围均为0.2-50μg/mL,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9987,标准加入回收率为90%-94%和95%-99%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别小于1.6%和2.7%。
A reversed phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nicotine and cotinine in human hair. Sodium heptane sulfonate was used as the ion-pair reagent and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile - 8 mmol/L phosphatic buffer solution -2 mmol/L sodium heptane sulfonate( 15 : 85 by volume), The chromatographic separation was performed on the reversed phase Zorbax SB - C18 column. The wavelength of the UV detector was set at 260 nm. 2-phenylimidazole was used as the internal standard. The linear ranges for nicotine and cotinine standards are 0. 2 -50 μg/mL; the correlation coefficients for nicotine and cotinine are 0. 999 9 and 0. 998 7, respectively and the recoveries for nicotine and cotinine are 90% - 94% and 95% - 99% , respectively.
