摘要
以羟乙基-β-环糊精(HE--βCD)作为手性选择剂,利用毛细管电泳对4种药物对映体进行了拆分研究。考察了HE--βCD浓度,背景电解质溶液的pH,表面活性剂,电压以及温度对手性拆分的影响。结果表明,在固定背景缓冲溶液为40 mmol/L磷酸氢二钠,25 mmol/L HE--βCD,pH 2.50,分离电压14 kV,温度23℃的条件下,3种手性药物基本达到基线分离。
Four chiral drugs were separated with capillary zone electrophoresis using HE-β-cyclodextrin as the chiral selector. Effects of the concentrations of HE-β-CD and the surfactant, the pH of back- ground electrolyte, the voltage and the temperature on the enantiomerie separation were investigated. Optimal enantioseparation conditions of chiral drugs were 25 mmol/L HE-β-CD, 40 mmol/L NaH2PO4 as fixed background buffer at pH 2.50 and 23 ℃ and 14 kV separation voltage.
