介绍了肿瘤标志物的临床应用价值;叙述了不同类型的免疫传感器的原理和应用情况;着重讨论了其在肿瘤标志物检测中的应用和研究进展;展望了免疫传感器的前景和发展方向。引用文献57篇。
The determination of serum tumor markers plays an important role in clinical diagnoses for patients with certain tumor-associated diseases. Immunosensors, considered as a major development in immunoassays, have attracted considerable attention. This brief review focuses on the applications of immunosensors for determination of tumor markers. The basic principles and applications of immunosensors are described in detail. The prospects of immunosensors for tumor markers are suggested.
