摘要 针对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油厂UOP第二代连续重整装置运行能耗状况, 通过采取适当提高反应压力,优化再接触操作条件,提高单台氢气增压机输送量等措施,达到了节约电耗的目的。实际运行情况说明,适当提高反应压力后虽然降低了液体收率,但是节电的效益远大于液收降低造成的效益损失,是装置节能的一个新方法。 Aiming at energy consumption of UOP second generation continuous reforming unit in Refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC, saving electricity consumption was realized by manners of increasing properly reaction pressure, optimizing recontact operation conditions and raising capacity of single hydrogen compressor .The actual results showed that increasing properly reaction pressure was a new method of energy saving although it decreased liquid yield, the benefits of electricity saving was much greater than the loss of liquid yield.
