Application of Oil Slurry Filtration Technology in FCC Unit

油浆是重油催化裂化工艺过程中所产生的一种性质极为特殊的副产品,因其比重大、分子量大、粘度高并含有催化剂固体物,使其利用率受到限制。根据催化裂化工艺特点及油浆的特性介绍一种新型在线过滤技术, 该技术主要通过一种特殊的设备和自动化操作将油浆中5μ以上的催化剂粉末分离出来,澄清油浆。

Slurry oil is a special by-product coming from the FCC process, its usage is confined because of the high density, high molecule weight and viscosity as well as the catalyst solid. This paper introduced a new type on-line filtration technique according to the characteristic of FCC process and slurry oil. The technology can separate catalyst powder more than 5μ from slurry oil by using of a special equipment and automatic operation and decant oil slurry.
