摘要
介绍了高吸水性树脂的性能、应用和研究进展,具体论述了利用腈纶废丝制备高吸水性树脂的方法和高吸水性树脂的吸水机理.研究将废旧腈纶毛线经常压碱法水解,用甲醛或Al3+作交联剂制备高吸水性树脂的工艺过程和在不同反应条件下对所制备的高吸水性树脂吸水率的影响.
This paper mainly tells about the theory of using water orion to make super water - absorbent resin, its water absorbing mechanisms alkaline hydrolysation of water fibres and Al^3+ as cross- line under normal pressure to make high water absorbent resin and discusses the effect of different conditions to resin water absorption
