安徽省高校“扩招”后体育教育现状与发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of PE after the Enrollment Expansion of Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,从整体性、综合性角度,对安徽省高校“扩招”后学校体育教育工作进行了宏观的研究,研究结果表明:安徽省高校扩招后体育教师队伍数量严重不足、质量不高、结构不合理,教师工作情况也令人担忧;高校体育教学不能适应素质教育和新的《课程纲要》的要求,如开课时间、教学内容选择等;高校体育教学物质资源的现状不容乐观,各种场馆设施和器材严重缺乏,与《普通高等学校体育场馆器材配备目录》中明确制定了各类体育场馆设施的定额标准缺口较大。针对安徽省高校体育目前所面临的问题以及未来的发展,提出了改革性建议和发展对策。

With the combination of the methods of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, and mathematics statistics, this study explored the current situation of PE after the expansion of enrollment of colleges and universities in Anhui Province. The results of the investigation can be concluded as follows ： the team of teachers of PE teaching was insufficient; the teaching quality was low; the structure of teaching was not rational; the teaching conditions of teachers was not good ; the PE teaching of higher education cannot fulfill the requirements of the competence-oriented education and the new curriculum standard t such as the time of opening classes, the teaching content and so on ; the material teaching resources of PE in higher education were insufficient; the lack of sport facilities and sport instruments, which has great gap when compared with the requirement of sport facilities and instruments of ＂Catalogue for Allocating University and College Gymnasiums and Stadiums Apparatus＂. Several suggestions and development strategy face with problems and the future development existing in PE of higher education in Anhui Province were proposed.
