通过对上海男子蹦床队备战2004年全国蹦床锦标赛赛前训练过程的研究,以训练控制内容为切入点,研究蹦床高水平运动员大赛前目标、训练计划、训练课实施、训练负荷等内容的控制方法。

Based on the analysis of the training process of shanghai trampoline team preparing for important games, in the perspective of the content of the training control, this study explored the control methods of the targets, training plans, training implementation, training load of high-level athletes.
