理气化痰祛瘀法治疗肠胃易激综合征56例疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of the Method of Regulating Vital Energy,Dispelling Phlegm and Absorbing Clots,When it is Applied to Treat IBS,56 cases.

目的观察理气化痰祛瘀法治疗肠胃易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法运用理气化痰祛瘀中药组方,采用症状分级赋分方法评价IBS治疗效果。结果辨证治疗IBS 56例,总有效率87.50%,治疗前后赋分分析,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论理气化痰祛瘀法是治疗IBS的有效方法之一,治疗效果可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of regulating vital energy, dispelling phlegm and absorb clots,when it is applied to treat IBS. Methods Applying the TCD of regulating vital energy, dispelling phlegm and absorb clots, and appraising the curative effect of IBS based on marking the symptom classification. Results Treat IBS based on categorical identification, 56 cases, the total effective ratio is 87.50%, and from the analysis of the mark back and forth, we can see the difference is evident （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion The method of regulating vital energy, dispelling phlegm and absorb clots is one of the effective methods to treat IBS, the curative effect is credibility.
