阿奇霉素联合鱼腥草素钠治疗小儿呼吸道支原体感染的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价阿奇霉素联合鱼腥草素钠治疗小儿呼吸道支原体感染的有效性和安全性。方法选择小儿呼吸道支原体感染患者40例,用阿奇霉素0.125g,溶于10%葡萄糖注射液100ml,静脉滴注,qd,疗程5—7d;另用鱼腥草素钠4mg,溶于10%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静脉滴注,qd,疗程5—7d。结果临床痊愈率75%,有效率87.5%,支原体清除率75%,不良反应发生率12.5%。结论阿奇霉索联合鱼腥草素钠治疗小儿呼吸道支原体感染安全、有效。
