摘要 本文介绍了实验室建立的李家峡400MW蒸发冷却真机实际尺寸定子绕组试验平台。在考虑定子绕组附加损耗的基础上,对发电机的不同运行工况进行模拟,得到了不同工况下线棒的沿程温度分布曲线,同时从蒸发冷却的特点和运行特性等角度对实验曲线进行了分析。该模型的建立,对400MW机组的实际运行起到了指导作用,同时对更大容量水轮发电机的理论计算和机组冷却系统设计的合理性提供了依据。 In this paper, we introduce a set of sequipment for real stator bars used in 400MW hydro-generator in Lijiaxia power plant. Considering additional loss of stator windings, temperature distribution curves along stator bars under various operation conditions are given. The curves are analyzed in terms of technical features of evaporative-cooling and operating performance, and Reliabilities and economical efficiencies of the self-looping evaporative-cooling system are also discussed. The establishment of this equipment can provide guides for the practical operation of Lijiaxia's hydro-generator, and rational theoretical basis for design of large hydrogenerator.
