肺积方治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Feijifang Treating Advanced Non-small Cell lung Cancer

目的:观察“肺积方”治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法分为治疗和对照两组。对照组单纯应用化疗,治疗组于化疗同时口服“肺积方”。观察两组治疗前后局部病灶、KPS评分、临床症状变化。结果:两组病灶稳定率(CR+PR+NC)、KPS改善情况均有显著性意义。治疗后两组咳嗽、气急、低热、胸痛、神疲乏力、口干咽燥症状有显著改善,而痰中带血、自汗、盗汗症状无明显好转。结论:“肺积方”能有效改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床症状,提高其生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Feijifang in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer （ANCC）. Methods： Cascs with ANCC were divided into the treatment group and the contrast group by random number table method. The contrast group was treated by chemotherapy only, while the treatment group by taking Feijifang orally on the base of chemical therapy. The local focus. KPS score and variation of clinical syndrome in both groups were investigated before and after treatment. Results： The difference of focus stable ratios （ CR ＋ PR ＋ NC） and KPS improvement between the two groups had significant meaning. The syndromes including cough, dyspnea, lower foyer, chest pain, spiritlessness and weakness, dry mouth and throat were improved obviously after therapy. While the syndrome of mixture of phlegm and blood, spontaneous perspiratlon,night sweet,pale complexion had no obvious difference. Conclusion： Feijifang can effectively improve the syndrome of ANCC, as well as promote the patients ＇ life quality.
