保元强肾Ⅰ号胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of No.1 Baoyuanqiangshen in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨“保元强肾Ⅰ号胶囊”延缓慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)进展的效果。方法:选择肾功能衰竭第2期及第3期患者96例。随机分为两组,治疗组49例在一般治疗基础上加“保元强肾Ⅰ号胶囊”口服;对照组47例加用爱西特口服。观察两组治疗前后肾功能、临床症状积分变化。结果:两组治后临床症状积分均比治前有显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),但治疗组治后临床症状积分比对照组更低(P<0.05),治疗组治后SCr及BUN均比治前显著降低(P<0.01),而对照组仅BUN降低(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率(49.0%)及总有效率(81.6%)均显著高于对照组(分别为19.1%及42.5%)(P<0.01)。结论:“保元强肾Ⅰ号胶囊”对CRF中、后期患者在改善临床症状、改善和保护肾功能等方面有明显的疗效。

Objective ：To explore the effect of No. 1 Baoyuanqiangshen on delaying the worsening of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods：96 cases with the 2nd and 3rd stage of CRF were chosen and divided randomly into the treatment group （49 cases）and the Contrast group（47 cases）. The treatment group took orally No. 1 Baoyuanqiangshen caps on the basis of normal therapy. The contrast group took Aixite. The renal function and clinical syndrome integral were observed before and after therapy. Results： Results： The clinical syndrome integral in both groups after therapy decreased significantly than those before therapy （ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical syndrome integral in the treatment group was lower than that in the con- trast group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of SCr and BUN in the treatment group after therapy was lower obviously than that before therapy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. While only the level of BUN＂ in the contrast group was lower after therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective ratio and the total effective ratio in the treatment group （49.0% and 81.6% ）were obviously higher than those in the con- trast group（ 19.1% and 42.5% ） （ P 〈： 0.01 ）. Conclusion： No. 1 Baoyuanqiangshen has significant curative effect on im- proving the clinical syndrome, promoting and protect/ng the renal function in treating advanced CRF.
