稳心颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病房性心律失常

Treating Chronic Obstructure Pulmonary Disease complicated with Atrial Arrhythmia by Wenxin Granules

目的:观察稳心颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴房性心律失常的治疗作用。方法:将62例COPD伴房性心律失常患者随机分治疗组41例,对照组21例,两组均予抗感染、止咳化痰、平喘治疗。治疗组加用稳心颗粒,疗程4周。治疗前后检查动态心电图、血气分析、肺功能及血液流变指标。结果:稳心颗粒对改善COPD伴房性心律失常心电图疗效的总有效率和显效率均优于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。两组临床总有效率相仿,但治疗组显效率优于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变指标和D-二聚体改善优于对照组(P<0.05),血气中PaO2提高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒对COPD伴房性心律失常有较好的治疗作用。作用机制除直接抗心律失常外,还与其减轻了COPD患者因血液黏稠度增高和高凝状态引起的心肌功能异常,以及提高肺部的氧合功能、改善缺氧有关。

Objectlve：To observe the curative effects of Wenxin granules （WXG） on chronic obstructure pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with atrial arrhythmia. Methods：62 cases of COPD complicated with atrial arrhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group （41 cases） and the contrast group （21 cases）. Both were treated by anti-infection,relieving cough, resolving phlegm and relieving asthma methods. The treatment group was treated by WXG additionally, for 4 weeks. DCG blood gas analysis ,lung function and blood rhcology indexes were checked. Results：The total effective ratio and effective ratio on DCG in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the contrast group （P 〈0.01 ）. However,the total effective ratio between two group were near,the effective ratio in the treatment group was better than that in the contrast group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of blood theology indexes, D-dimer and PaO2 in the treatment group were better than those in the contrast group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： WXG has better curative effect on COPD complicated with atrial arrhythmia. It＇ s mechanism was connected with relieving the sticky and caky estate in COPD patients＇ blood, improving the function of heart, promoting the function of oxygen composed and improve the state of absent oxygen, as well as correcting arrhythmia.
