摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取子午岭东紫苏中的挥发油,经GC/MS联用法分析,鉴定了挥发油中的40个化学成分,占挥发油总量的98.66%。其主要成分是:α-香叶烯(9.42%)、芳樟醇(9.12%)、龙脑(8.58%)、β-蒎烯(8.10%)、α-水芹烯(7.21%)、β-榄香烯酮(7.15%)、百里香酚(5.16%)及香荆芥酚(4.79%)等,而萜类化合物的含量最高,占挥发油总量的87.64%。
The essential oil ofElsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot was extracted by hydrodistillation methods. Forty compounds, identified by means of GC-MS, made up 98.66% of the essential oil. The result showed that the main components are α-myreene (9.42%), linalool (9.12%), borneol (8.58%), β- pinene ( 8.10 %), α-phellandrene( 7. 12%), β-elemenone (7.15%), thytool (5.16%) and carvaerol (4.79%) etc. The highest relative content is terpenoid, accounting for 87.64 % of the gross total.
