我国森林资源供给体系由于受到林业调整定位的影响,供不应求。一些林业企业及森工集团利用地缘优势,加大了对周边国家森林资源的境外开发力度,一定程度上缓解了国内的供给压力,但却存在着一些具体问题,必须采取对策,妥善经营国外森林资源。

Beacause the new location of forestry effects the supply system of forest resource in our country, the supply can not meet the demand. Some forestry business and group using the superiority of geography, enlarging the exploition of forest in foreign country around. So solving the problems , some problems must be dealt with . Must give countermeasures to manage the foreign forest resource.
