摘要
NM体系是一种含有纳米材料的钻井液。该体系是近年来研制成功的一种新型钻井液,并在现场进行了初步试验。NM钻井液研制成功至今,已在胜利油田和中原油田不同油区的水敏性地层和低渗透油层中进行了30多口井的现场应用,均取得了良好的钻井效果。总结了纳米材料在大位移井和深井等非常规井中的应用。结果表明,NM钻井液具有优良的流变性,抑制性强、润滑防塌能力良好、携砂能力强、流变参数合理、性能稳定,页岩回收率较高,润滑系数较低,滤失量低,特别是高温高压滤失量较低;该体系与处理剂配伍性好,油层保护效果好,渗透率恢复值较高;现场转化使用方便,可以满足安全钻井和保护油气层等需要。
NM fluid is a new drilling fluid in recent years,which is mainly composed of the nanometer material and preliminary tests was performed.NM fluid had been applied in the water sensitive formation or low permeability reservoirs in Shengli oilfield and preferable effects were seen from practices of 30 wells or more.The effects of nanometer materials in the extended reach well and the deep well were concluded in this paper.Results showed that NM drilling fluid presented excellent rheology,high inhibitive,well lubrication and caving prevention,high carrying capacity,stable performance,preferable recovery of shale,low lubricating coefficient and filtration especially exposed to HTHP,good compatibilities with the additives,satisfactory effect of formation damage control and high permeability recovery,and also convenient in-situ conversion and can meet the need of safe drilling and formation protection.
