Through analyzing the circuit of A/D converter for MRX station of IMAGE instrument, the paper found out the source of failure produced by A/D board in view of the reason of failure by using integrative test and analyzing and diagnosing program and by the aid of oscilloscope and multimeter, which effectively removes the failure.
