自制内涵管介入治疗溢泪症38例分析

Analysis of endoluminal therapy for epiphora with self-produced internal tube on 38 patients

目的 介绍溢泪症的自制内涵管置入治疗。方法 对38例45只鼻泪管阻塞（鼻泪管与泪囊连接处）置放自制内涵管治疗，按Song方法顺行引入导丝，逆行放入内涵管。术前与术后做泪囊、鼻泪管造影。结果所有鼻泪管在术后造影均通畅，最长随访390d，放置内涵管前，所有病例均有Ⅲ-Ⅳ度流泪程度，放内涵管后半年内，40只（90％）流泪明显好转，2只28d移位，4只6个月后阻塞，取出内涵管重新放置又恢复通畅。结论用自制内涵管置入治疗泪囊以下阻塞是一种安全、简单及有效的方法，不需住院、经济费用低、很值得推广。

Objective To introduce the therapy of epiphora symptoms with self-produced internal tube. Methods Thirty eight eases （45 eyes） of naselaerimal duct obstruction underwent the self-produced internal tube placement according to Song＇s method. The lead guide wire was inserted into lacrimal duct step by step from earudieulus laermalis and then pushed a self-produced internal tube along the lead wire to have daeryoeystography and nasolaerimal duct photography before and after the tube placement. Results All the eases proved patent after the treatment by nasolaerimalography with longest follow up time of 390 days. Before lacrimal intubaration, all the eases with tear-dropping of Ⅲ-Ⅳ level showed 40 eyes（90% ）symptom obviously turning better, including 2 eyes in 28 days and 4 eyes in 6 month later. Conclusions Interventional treatment of daeryocyst to nasolacrimal duct is a safe, easy, and effective method.
