Eu^(3+)和Lu^(3+)对氟化镓基玻璃形成能力的影响

摘要 以20GaF_3-15InF_3-20CdF_2-15ZnF_2-20PbF_2-10SnF_2(GICZPS)玻璃为基玻璃,引入不同含量的EuF3,LuF3替代玻璃中等摩尔含量的PbF2。用差示扫描量热法、X射线粉末衍射和发射光谱研究了掺EuF3,LuF3对GICZPS玻璃形成能力的影响。结果表明在GICZPS玻璃中按摩尔计分别掺入1.0%EuF3和2.0%LuF3时,可以获得相应最佳的抗析晶能力。同时发现在掺有不同量EuF3的GICZPS玻璃中,形成了大小不一的10~100nm量级的晶粒,这些晶粒有利于提高玻璃的光谱性能。 The influences of Eu^3+ and Lu^3+ doping on the glass formation ability of 20GaF3 - 15INF3 - 20CdF2 - 15ZnF2 - 20PbF2 - 10SnF2 (GICZPS) were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, and emission spectrum. The results indicate that the GICZPS glass has the best stability when 1.0M of EuF3 and 2.0 M of LuF3 (molar fraction)were added in the glass, respectively. Some crystal grains with the size of 10-100 nm appear in the GICZPS glass when the doping contents of EuF3 are from 2.0% to 8.0% in mole. The optical properties of crystallized GICZPS glass doped with different molar fractions of Eu^3+ are improved.
