摘要
提出了一种改良型切割-浇注工艺,并利用该工艺制备了锆钛酸铅(lead zirconate titanate,PZT)柱宽为120μm,纵横比大于10的1—3型PZT/环氧树脂压电复合材料,并对制备过程中影响复合材料特性的各种影响因素进行了讨论比较。结果表明:这种复合材料的谐振模式单一,与PZT相比声阻抗大幅降低,前者为31Mrayl,后者仅为4.5~5.5Mrayl。
A modified cut -fill process was developed in this study, by which a fine scale 1 -3 epoxy matrix composite PE2 containing lead zirconate titanate (PZT) arrays of 120μm in width and a height/width ratio of higher than 10 was produced. The preparation factors'effect on the properties of the composites were discussed. The results show that the resonant mode of the composites is single mode, and the acoustic impedance (4. 5--5. 5 Mrayl) of the composites is obviously less than that (31 Mrayl) of the PZT ceramic.
