摘要
采用水热法,以三嵌段共聚物聚(1,2亚乙基二醇)嵌段聚(丙二醇)嵌段聚(1,2亚乙基二醇)为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,强酸性条件下制备了分子筛SBA15,利用粉末X射线衍射、N2吸附解吸附技术和红外光谱评价了不同搅拌时间、晶化程度等合成条件对SBA15生成效果的影响。SBA15粉末样品X射线衍射结果发现SBA15分子筛在搅拌2h就生成。红外光谱表征结果证实了分子筛骨架的存在。通过吸附研究,发现制备的样品平均孔径为8.14nm,孔体积为1.059cm3/g,比表面积可达1035.7m2/g。
A mesoporous silica SBA-15 molecular sieve was synthesized using amphiphilic triblock copolymer, poly(ethylene glycol)-block- poly(propylene glycol)-block- poly(ethylene glycol) as a template and tetraethyl orthosilicate as a silica source in hydrochloric acid medium by the hydrothermal method. The effect of stirring time or crystallization on the growth of SBA - 15 was observed by means of powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), nitrogen adsorption - desorption technique and infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and the effectiveness of the preparation methods was evaluated. The formation process of SBA -15 material determined by powder XRD shows that the SBA - 15 molecular sieve can be produced after stirring for 2 h . The existence of the framework of SBA - 15 was proved by the IR results. The adsorption study indicated that SBA - 15 has an average pore diameter of 8.14 nm and a pore volume of 1. 059 cm^3/g, respectively. The specific surface area of the SBA - 15 prepared is 1 035.7 m^2/g.
