摘要
报告1例38岁男性颌面颈部蕈样霉菌病病例,并复习有关蕈样霉菌病的相关文献。口腔颌面颈部蕈样霉菌病发病率较低,早期诊断较困难,容易误诊。本病虽然有特征性的临床分期,但一般需要通过病理检查确诊。蕈样霉菌病的治疗方法有光动力学治疗、放化疗等。治疗方法的选择及预后均与临床分期密切相关。
A case of mycosis fungoides of maxillofacial region and neck in a 38-year-old man was reported and literatures about mycosis fungoides （MF） were reviewed. MF is a very rare malignant tumor in the head and neck region. It is difficult to make a diagnosis in the early stage of MF and it is easy to be misdiagnosed. There are characteristic clinical stages of MF but the diagnosis should be confirmed pathologically. ECP, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the effective treatments for MF. The selection of treatment and the prognoses of MF are relevant to the clinical stages.
