住院病人系统疾病医疗费用的因子分析

Analysis of medical expenses of the systematic diseases in order inpatients proportions with factor method

目的探讨支配和影响医院住院病人医疗费用结构变化的某些因子,以控制住院医疗费用的不合理增长。方法以某三甲医院2004年住院病人前10位系统疾病的病例为样本,采用因子分析的方法,对出院病人的各项医疗费用进行分析。结果药物、检查与化验因子,手术、治疗与床位因子,放射因子,输血因子是支配病人住院费用的4个公因子。结论控制医疗费用的不合理增长,应着力降低药费、检查费、化验费。

Objective To probe into certain factors influencing the changes of inpatients＇ medical expenses of diseases in order to control the unreasonable increase of medical expenses. Methods Selecting the first 10 systematic diseases in order of inpatient in a grade A tertiary hospital in 2004 as sample, and using factorial analysis to discuss medical expenses of inpatients. Results Factors of medicine treatment, examination and laboratory test, operation, treatment and bed occupation, radiation examination, blood transfusion are the four public factors influencing medical expenses. Conclusion Medicine expenses, examination expenses and laboratory test expenses must be especially decreased in controlling the unreasonable increase of medical expense.
