摘要 The purpose of this study was to investigate the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression of preserved spleen in rabbits when pneumonia diplococcus suspension was administered after partial splenectomy using microwaver coagulator.Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Twelve rabbits received partial splenectomy using microwave coagulation (PSM group), the other 6 rabbits received shum operation (SO group). The WGZ-2 type microwave hemostasis machine was provided by the Department of Electrology, Dalian University of Technology. The frequency was 2450 MHz with antenna implants, and the action time was 20-30 seconds every time.Pneumonia diplococcus was clinical separation strain. The purpose of this study was to investigate the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression of preserved spleen in rabbits when pneumonia diplococcus suspension was administered after partial splenectomy using microwaver coagulator.
