彩色多普勒超声对缺血性脑梗死与颈动脉硬化的相关性研究

Study of Correlation Between Ischemic Cerebral Infarction and Carotid Arteriosclerosis via Colour Doppler Ultrasonography

目的通过对102例脑梗死患者颈动脉的超声观察,探讨脑梗死与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法收集102例经CT、MRI证实的脑梗死患者并行彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉管径、内-中膜厚度和血流动力学情况。结果102例脑梗死患者中,75例有不同程度的颈动脉斑块形成。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死有密切的相关性。超声检查能早期发现颈动脉粥样硬化并给予及时的治疗,可降低脑梗死的发病率。

Objective To explore the relationship between isehemie cerebral infarction and carotid arteriosclerosis via eolr Doppler through carotid arteries of 102 patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The carotid diameters, intima-media thickness and hemodynamics of 102 patients with cerebral infarction on color Doppler were identified by CT and MRI. Results Seventy five of 102 patients with cerebral infarction were found carotid plaques formed in different degrees. Conclusions These results suggested that cerebral infarction and carotid arteriosclerosis were closely related. Carotid arterioseleosis can be found earlier on ultrasonography. The incidence of cerebral infarction may be reduced based on early diagnosis and treatement in time.
